ISIS Training has a great track record of delivering this programme throughout Lincolnshire. This programme is very popular with our employers because it helps them to develop their staff for the future.

ISIS Training is constantly engaging with new employers to carry out one to one skills analysis. This helps employers to find the right solution for their staff training and development needs.

We know funding can be an issue for staff development but we are able to help and support you to obtain full/partial funding through our links to Government programmes. The great news is if you are an employer who employs less than 50 employees you will be able to access a contribution to the employees wage costs for the study period when the employee achieves their qualification.

We currently have a 90% achievement rate for this programme.  

Qualifications available for this programme are:

• Accounting
• Legal Secretary
• IT User Skills (ITQ)
• IT Practitioner
• Hospitality
• Customer Service
• Team Leading
• Management.

These are all at levels 2 and 3 plus Level 4 for Accounting and Management
