IT Qualifications
ISIS Training offers two IT qualifications, both achievable at levels 2 and 3. These are;
To achieve the IT User Skills award you will be working with application software and hardware, which is found in all sorts of businesses. You should be keen to improve your knowledge and ability, with a view to further progression.
The IT Practitioner award is slightly different to the IT User. To achieve it you will be working in an IT department and will show expertise in using and fixing IT of all types.
