Key Skills in Communication & Application of Number
Key Skills are those skills that are needed in all areas of employment.You will achieve a certificate for a test and a portfolio of evidence, for each key skill. If you have relevant GCSE subjects/grades you may be eligible for exemption from the Key Skills.
Technical Certificate
This will consist of supported self study followed by two on-line multiple choice tests to show your knowledge of customer service. The two units are as follows:
- Deliver customer service
- Provide customer service within the rules
