To achieve these awards you will be working in an office environment, this can be any type of business – administration support is important for every business and ensures that all areas of the work are up to date and meeting the needs of the business. You should also be keen to improve your knowledge and ability, with a view to further progression.

Key Skills in Communication & Application of Number

The Key Skills are those skills that are needed in all areas of employment. You will achieve a certificate for a test and a portfolio of evidence, for each key skill .If you have relevant GCSE subjects/grades you may be eligible for exemption from the Key Skills.  

Technical Certificate (in Business and Administration Level 2)  

This will consist of supported self study followed by two on-line multiple choice tests to show your knowledge of Business and Administration. The two units are as follows:  

  • Apply work skills in business and administration
  • Apply personal skills in business and administration
