Apprenticeships & Work
ISIS Training has a very successful Apprenticeship programme and many people between the ages of 16-24 sign up every day to join. We have employers who use this route to recruit for their business and also encourage their staff to update their skills.
We have young people who are going into employment for the first time and ISIS Training helps them to take those first steps and continues to mentor them through out their Apprenticeship to achievement. For those who are already in employment they can still have access this programme because it will support and enhance their knowledge of their day to day work. We will offer everyone individual advice and guidance and agree an individual learning plan with the employer and employee.
ISIS Training is so advanced with technology that is uses the latest electronic portfolio system which keeps everyone in contact with the Assessor so there’s no waiting for a visit. Evidence and electronic messages can be submitted 24/7! This helps to maintain progress and complete the Apprenticeship much quicker, without losing any of the quality.

We have wonderful success stories with some employees having a major impact on their companies. Many employees advance from level 2 to level 3 and some have shown their employers new ideas and have been allowed to implement changes to business; thereby increasing the company bottom line. ISIS Training was so proud at the 2009 and 2010 Learning and Skills Council Apprenticeship Awards because we had no less than 6 nominees for awards and 4 award winners. What a success for those Apprentices and for ISIS Training!
