NEW! ISIS Training has opened a brand new training centre in Boston believing that the investment of £250,000 is the right time to help the local community. 

Lincoln Academy Ltd trading as ISIS Training was formed on 1st September 2008 and is a subsidiary company of Lincoln College.

As one of Lincolnshire’s leading and most respected training providers ISIS Training operates from 2 main centres in Boston and Lincoln but operates throughout Lincolnshire and Rutland. We are recognised for our quality delivery and our ability to produce new ways of working in such a demanding market place. At ISIS we utilise a wide range of technology in all our qualifications including electronic portfolios and assessment methods using digital cameras, voice recorders and laptop computers.

In December 2009 ISIS Training received the “Best Use of IT and Communications Award” at the annual Lincolnshire Media Awards.  In 2008 we were awarded Exemplar Status by Becta for our work with e-learning and assessment within the work based learning provision.   

ISIS currently offers qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service, Information Technology, Hospitality & Catering, Management, Team Leading and Accounting.

We offer Apprenticeships giving the opportunity to learn whilst you work and earn a training wage, we have some wonderful success stories of our learners progressing. We are looking forward to talking to all those young people who are due to leave school in June about joining our ever popular Apprenticeship programme.

For those people who are already employed but wish to update their knowledge and skills employers can tap into Train to Gain and Apprenticeship programmes to help with staff development.

For those who are aged between16-18 who are not in employment or training our E2E programme can help them to make choices

Redundancy programmes are available for those at risk of redundancy or unfortunately have been made redundant.
